1980年，有一部電影「Fame」（名揚四海），那是一部描寫一群美國下階層的孩子，努力地想進入藝術學校，努力想要正取一個立足之地的故事。

電影及原聲帶紅極一時，最為人知的就是主題曲：Fame

但電影中有一首歌，並不是主打，它在電影中出現的時間點卻讓我一直忘不了。那是主角接到學校的錄取通知，欣喜若狂時的配樂。

在很多年以後，拜網路之賜，我終於找到這首歌。年輕時並不很清楚歌詞內容，後來找到歌詞，Paul McCrane的嗓音，讓歌詞有詩一般的美麗。

今天前往健身房的途中，那時，太陽已經偏西，即將落下，健行路兩旁沒有太高的樓擋住天空，看得到大片的天與雲。MP3的耳機裡傳出這首歌。

1980年，有一群來自全省各地的孩子聚集在木柵的一所專科學校，開始了人生的另一個新階段。那五年，一群孩子寫下許多故事。

故事畫面在這首歌的襯底下，突然躍入腦中。我不禁笑了，卻同時發現眼眶也濕了。
